At Hot-O.org, we know how exciting it is to receive your new sauna — and we want to make sure your delivery process is smooth from checkout to installation. Our Shipping Policy outlines all the details you need to know about how, when, and where your order will arrive.
We specialize in large-item logistics, and we work closely with reliable freight carriers to ensure your sauna is delivered safely and on time.
📦 1. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order on Hot-O.org:
In-stock sauna models are processed within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order or custom saunas require additional lead time, typically 2–6 weeks depending on design, materials, and current production schedules.
We will send you regular email updates during the processing and shipping stages, including estimated delivery timelines.
Need your order rushed? Contact 📧 sales@hot-o.org before ordering to request expedited processing (availability depends on the product).
🚛 2. Shipping Methods
Due to the size and weight of sauna products, we use LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight shipping and specialized carriers to ensure safe and secure transport.
🔹 For Standard Deliveries:
Your sauna will be delivered to the curbside or driveway of your shipping address.
Most deliveries occur Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.
A tracking number will be provided once the shipment leaves the warehouse.
🔹 For Larger or Custom Orders:
You may be contacted by the freight carrier in advance to schedule a delivery window.
Liftgate service is included to help offload the sauna from the truck.
You may be responsible for moving the sauna crate to your desired location.
📢 Important: We do not offer indoor delivery or installation services by default. Please prepare to have assistance on-site for moving large items.
🌍 3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). If you’re located in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us before placing an order so we can provide a custom shipping quote.
We do not ship internationally at this time, but we can coordinate freight forwarding upon request.
💵 4. Shipping Costs
We strive to offer transparent and affordable shipping rates:
Shipping is FREE on most sauna models to eligible U.S. addresses.
Some oversized or remote deliveries may incur a freight surcharge, which will be clearly noted at checkout or discussed by our sales team before shipment.
If shipping is not free, costs will be calculated based on destination, item weight, and delivery method.

🔎 5. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive:
A shipping confirmation email
A tracking number with carrier details
Estimated delivery time frame
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update once the carrier picks up your item. You can monitor progress directly via the carrier’s tracking portal.
📦 6. Receiving & Inspecting Your Sauna
When your sauna arrives, please follow these critical steps to protect your purchase:
Inspect the packaging thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.
If there is visible damage (holes, tears, dents, crushed corners):
Take clear photos of the damage.
Note it on the delivery receipt (e.g., “Box arrived damaged — photos taken”).
Keep the damaged packaging for reference.
Do not refuse the delivery unless the product is completely destroyed.
Report any damage to us within 72 hours by emailing 📧 support@hot-o.org with photos and order details.
This process is essential for insurance claims and warranty support. Claims submitted outside the 72-hour window may not be eligible for compensation.
⏱️ 7. Delivery Time Estimates
After your order ships:
Transit time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Rural areas, weather delays, or carrier-specific backlogs may affect delivery times.
For orders with multiple items, components may arrive separately. We will inform you if that’s the case.
🧾 8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Access
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address.
If your location is:
Hard to access (e.g., gated communities, narrow roads, steep driveways)
Commercial or multi-unit property
Please let us know in advance by emailing 📧 support@hot-o.org so we can coordinate delivery accordingly.
A redelivery fee may apply if the carrier cannot complete delivery due to incorrect address information or access issues.
🔁 9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is:
Refused without cause
Undeliverable due to customer error
Returned to our warehouse without prior arrangement
The customer may be responsible for:
Round-trip shipping charges
Restocking fees up to 25%
