All saunas purchased from Hot-O.org come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty designed to protect against defects in materials and workmanship during normal, intended residential use.

Our sauna warranty covers:

• Structural Integrity: Cracking, splitting, or warping of sauna walls, ceilings, or floors due to manufacturing defects.

• Control Systems: Malfunctioning control panels, thermostats, or timers.

• Craftsmanship Defects: Loose joints, fasteners, or workmanship flaws not caused by user error.

• Light Fixtures: Premature failure of internal lighting (if applicable).

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

We aim to be as transparent as possible. The following situations are not covered under this limited warranty:

• Damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or neglected maintenance

• Use of the sauna in commercial, rental, or communal environments (unless specifically stated at time of purchase)

• Damage caused by weather exposure if used outside without adequate protection or shelter

• Issues resulting from incorrect electrical hookup, power surges, or inadequate voltage

• Cosmetic wear and tear, including surface fading, discoloration, or minor surface scratches

• Moisture damage, mold, or mildew from lack of proper ventilation or drying practices

• Using non-original parts or accessories not supplied or approved by Hot-O.org

• Damage occurring during shipment not reported within 72 hours of delivery

If you experience a problem with your sauna and believe it qualifies for warranty service, here’s how to begin the claim process:
